Blackberry Mojito Cider

Apple cider base with real blackberry, lime, and mint extract. A Night Owl family favorite - easy to drink, day to night.

Blood Orange Margarita Cider

Apple cider base infused with all-natural blood orange puree and margarita flavoring. A great intro into our cocktail-inspired ciders (and great with a taco!).

Avocado Cider

Can you make cider with avocado? The answer is a delicious yes! Locally sourced avocados were mashed, infused, then strained from sparkling apple cider, adding a touch of creaminess to this apple-forward drink. Some of the Night Owls were surprised at how much we like this one!

A version of John's very first cider, #1 Granny, which started this whole adventure. If you want a dry apple cider, no fuss - this is your drink.

New Flavor! Spiced Rum Punch Cider
6.5% ABV
A rum-forward cocktail cider with cranberry and pineapple. A full-bodied muddled blend that feels like winter on the beach!

Planet of the Apricots Sparkling Wine
8.5% ABV
Apricot wine blended with our sparkling cider base. Drinks a little more like a wine, with a delicious, smooth apricot tang. The apricots were harvested from our backyard orchard in Carpinteria. Easy to drink!

Zapote Sour Wine
8.5% ABV
A "custard apple" fruit most commonly found in Central America, this Zapote (sometime spelled Sapote) is so sweet that is ferments sour. We mixed the sour wine with our sparkling cider base and created this rare find! If you like sour, this is one to try!

Salted Caramel Apple Cider
6.6% ABV
A seasonal favorite, a little sweet, a little salty - totally delicious. One of Koreen's favorites - tastes like the holidays!

For those who like their ciders sweeter, and maybe for Canadians? This seasonal cider is the sweetest we pour and is great comfort cider!

Son of a Nutcracker Cider - On tap AND served warm!

A touch of pomegranate and mulled wine spices make this cider taste like the holidays! Our first version was made with our backyard pomegranates and has been refined to scale. Tart with flavorful undertones make this cider highly drinkable.

Introducing: Sound Lab Ciders
Can sound change the taste of cider? There's emerging research that shows that it can, but our cidermaker John took it one step further - what if we played music to our base apple cider during the fermentation process?
Some of the Night Owls were skeptical! John created submersible speakers and did an experiment, playing Taylor Swift's 1989, Run D.M.C's Greatest Hits, and Andrew Lloyd Webber's Requiem in three different fermentation barrels to the same starting apple juice base.

We don't want to spoil it, but let's just say the yeast were definitely rocking out differently to the different music!
